He has served as pastor at a number of churches in Arkansas. He also has served at mission projects in Ghana, West Africa and Mission Arlington in Arlington, Texas. Nathan truly has a heart for people. He believes in seeing the best in people regardless of what they have done or been through. His philosophies of "people matter to God" and "we exist to bring glory to God" drive his ministry and our church. Nathan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Counseling from Central Baptist College. He earned 2 Masters Degrees from John Brown University, one in Clinical Mental Health and one in Marriage/Family Therapy. Nathan works as a therapist at Living Well Counseling right here in Little Rock. Don has served at churches and camps in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Tennessee since 1979. Don has been blessed with a gift to lead people in worship. Not simply at church, but also in their daily walk with Christ. Besides worship, he also has a heart for missions and to see the Gospel spread among the nations. Don leads a life group at the church. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and holds a degree in Church Music. Don married Cristenae Faith Alexander in the Summer of 2013. They have 4 children, and 3 grandchildren. Don is employed as manager of Little Rock Piano in Breckenridge Village.
